WORLD BRAIN TUMOR DAY – June 8

Image
Every year on June 8th, World Brain Tumor Day raises awareness and educates people about brain tumors. The day also pays tribute to those affected by brain tumors. #WorldBrainTumorDay In the United States, over 700,000 people live with brain tumors. In just one year, 84,000 people in the country will be diagnosed with a brain tumor. Brain tumors are either benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous.) Image
Every year on June 4th, the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression acknowledges the pain that children around the world suffer. Many of these children are victims of physical, mental, and emotional abuse. It’s also a day that the UN affirms its duty to protect children’s rights. #InnocentChildrenVictimsOfAggressionDay Sadly, children are among the most innocent victims of pain and suffering.
